Statutory Liability 101

DUAL's Adam Weal and Stewart Eaton provided a comprehensive overview of Statutory Liability, exploring the policy’s main insuring clause and its key automatic extensions. They also discussed commonly encountered areas of Statutory Liability policies during claims time, with reference to DUAL claims examples. Additionally, our panel law firm Wotton + Kearney's Special Counsel, Neil Beadle, led a segment on top tips for guiding insureds through investigation and prosecution phases. He also provided a comprehensive analysis of the lessons learned from Whakaari/White Island.
CPD points will be issued following the completion of a webinar to all those who registered and logged in under their name.
